We are working hard to make 2012 a successful year for all of us.
First in a series of coming developments and updates in our system is a new option allowing every customer to choose different payment options to withdraw the available balances from his/her account. For example, if you have funds in your Available Balance (Bank Wire Transfer) you can now withdraw them into your Alertpay, Liberty Reserve or Perfect Money accounts. Log into your Felmina account and go to the 'Withdrawals' page to learn more.
Our technical department is finalizing the integration of a new area dedicated to the regional representatives. It is coming really soon.
Today is January 9, 2012, Martyrs' Day in Panama, it is one of the official holidays that we observe. So no interest will be paid today. According to our terms of service, no interest is paid on weekend days and official holidays.

We would like to inform you that we are now in the final stage of integrating AlertPay as a payment method into our system. Unfortunately, adding it to our system has already taken us considerably longer than we initially expected. As always, we put reliability on top of our priority list, therefore, we will only add AlertPay once all bugs are ironed out and the system is fully tested. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Another issue we would like to highlight in this newsletter are the Certificates of Deposits that are available to every customer who has deposited $500.00 or more with us. The certificate is available for downloading directly from your Felmina account. To do that, you need to:
- Log into your Felmina account,
- Go to the 'Account Summary' page of your account,
- Find the 'Get Certificate of Deposit: PDF or ZIP' line at the top of the Account Summary page,
- Click on either 'PDF' or 'ZIP' link to start the download in the preferred format.
Finally, we are almost done adding a localized German version of our website. Furthermore, customer support in German will be available to our German-speaking customers via email. We are running final tests now and hope to add it shortly. Once again, we will only do that once all the bugs are fixed.

This week marks the beginning of a series of official holidays that we observe. Please be advised that we observe both US and Panamanian official holidays as we are based in and operate from Panama, while most of our business is done in the United States. This week we willbe paying interest on Thursday, November 3, 2011, which is the Separation Day and Friday, November 4, 2011, which is the Colon Day in Panama. Next Thursday, November 10, 2011, is another of the official holidays in Panama and Friday, November 11, 2011, is the Veteran's Day in the United States. According to our Terms of Service, we do not pay interest on official holidays.
We would also like to inform you that due to a large number of requests from our customers we have added an option allowing you to cancelthe use of the enhanced compounding option before the first interest payment under this option has been made. Please note that once thefirst interest payment has been made with the enhanced compounding option enabled you will not be able to reverse the choice of theenhanced compounding under any circumstance.
