SHORT-TERM INVESTMENT PLAN IS NOW AVAILABLE.
In the effort to meet the needs of our investors, we have introduced a long-awaited investment plan featuring a much shorter account principal lock-in period of just 90 business days. Understandably, the interest rates offered under this plan are lower, from 1.0% to 1.7% per day. Plus, the minimum deposit requirement has been raised to $99.00 for e-currency deposits.
The interest rates offered are as follows:
1.0% on account principals of $99.00 to $4,999.99
1.3% on account principals of $5,000.00 to $9,999.99
1.7% on account principals of $10,000+
Special rates are negotiable for significant investments.
To sign up for the new Short-term Investment Plan, you need to open a new account specifying the Investment Plan you would like to have – Regular (210 days lock-in) or Short-term (90 days lock-in).The rest is the same as with the Regular Investment Plan – the deposit and withdrawal methods, interest payment procedure as well as the compounding options and the referral program are absolutely the same.
Please note that the active Regular Investment Plan accounts cannot be switched to the new Short-term Investment Plan. Any customer can open as many accounts with us as he or she wants.

There is a couple of important issues we would like to draw your attention to.
First, from now on you can withdraw your Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money available balances directly into your bank account. Even in case you have not deposited using the bank wire transfer. The same minimum withdrawal amount requirement of $400.00 applies, plus an extra $30.00 bank wire transfer fee will be charged on every withdrawal into your bank account.
To place a bank wire transfer withdrawal request, you need to:
- Log into your TopFinancial account,
- Enter your bank account details in the ‘Update Profile’ area of your TopFinancial account,
- Access the ‘Withdraw’ area,
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum $400.00 plus $30.00 bank wire transfer fee),
- Choose the preferred withdrawal method from the list of available withdrawal methods and click the ‘Withdraw’ button,
- Check and confirm that your bank account details listed in your account profile are correct.
Please be advised that we collect all withdrawal requests during the week and process them every Friday. Allow for up to 5 business days for the bank wire transfer to reach your bank account.
Second, in the light of recent closures of several major investment projects, we have been receiving numerous emails from our customers and site visitors asking whether TopFinancial is strong enough to continue its operation for many years from now. We can assure you that TopFinancial is in a very good financial condition and is doing absolutely fine. We plan to be around for many years to come and we do not plan to shut the doors for the new customers. The bank wire withdrawal facility will be available in your account only in case you have deposited using the bank wire transfer or received referral commissions on deposits made using the bank wire transfer.

- Read the bank wire transfer instructions carefully,

For the bank wire transfer, the minimum deposit amount is $400.00 plus the fees charged by your bank. No additional fees will be charged at our end when you make a deposit using the bank wire transfer.
As a matter of fact, you can send your deposit using the bank wire transfer rightaway. Before the detailed bank wire instructions are added to all TopFinancial account, they are available upon request. Just send us an email at support@topfinancial.com and we will provide you with the instructions for funding your TopFinancial account using the bank wire transfer facility.
